Ride Away Bicycles guarantees a commitment to quality, service and the best line of products available for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement.(note: All Bike Sales are Final)

Most in stock items are shipped the same day. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending mostly on your location.

Although Ride Away Bicycles stocks a very high level of inventory, out-of-stock items are unavoidable. An item can be in excessive demand or the manufacturer is simply behind in shipping the product. To eliminate any confusion, Ride Away Bicycles will not hold any orders due to an out-of-stock item. We will ship your order as quickly and as complete as possible. Please reorder any out-of-stock item(s) with your next order. You may indicate on your next order that you are reordering an out-of-stock item. Ride Away Bicycles will adjust you shipping charges to accommodate you inconvenience.

Return Policy

In the event an item you receive is not what you expected or simply does not fit, you may return it providing all the following are met:

  • The item has not been used (All Bike Sales are Final)
  • The item is in its original package, which must also be in new condition
  • All parts, accessories, warranty cards and instructions etc. are enclosed
  • The item was not purchased more than 30 days before

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless of course, you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error

All returns should be properly packaged and insured to avoid damage. Credits or refunds cannot be issued for improperly packaged returned items.

Before shipping anything back, please call 210-696-9925 for a return authorization number. Please place this number on the outside of your returned carton to speed up the processing of your return and any credits that need to be issued.

In the event that the product is not what you ordered or simply does not fit, Ride Away Bicycles will issue you a credit note, redeemable for online merchandise. Cash refunds will only be issued for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error.

Damaged Merchandise

If you merchandise arrives damaged, please notify Ride Away Bicycles before returning it. We must be notified within 2 days to insure proper handling of your claim. Please remember to keep the original packaging just in case a shipping representative needs to inspect the packaging. Ride Away Bicycles will attempt to replace your item as quickly as possible.

In the event that you need to ship back damaged merchandise, please be sure to get a return authorization number and follow the same shipping instructions listed below.

Defective Merchandise

Please keep all warranties and owners manuals that you receive with the merchandise. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the warranty information for proper procedures. Please keep your invoice for proof of purchase. In some instances, the customer is required to send the product directly to the manufacturer.
